At SPSS, we provide comprehensive swim instruction, equipping young learners with the knowledge and proficiency needed to navigate the water with ease. Through a supportive and engaging environment, we strive to instill a lifelong love for swimming while prioritizing safety, skill development, and self-assurance in every child we teach.
Class Offerings
Infant Swimming Resource Lessons (ISR)
6-8 weeks | $230/week
These specialized training sessions are designed to equip your little ones with the skills to survive in the water, fostering confidence and peace of mind for parents. Through personalized one-on-one instruction, our certified ISR instructor ensures that each child learns at their own pace, mastering the critical ability to float, navigate, and emerge safely should they ever find themselves in water unexpectedly.
Private 1 on 1 Lessons
Our ISR lessons are delivered one-on-one with a certified instructor to ensure personalized attention and tailored instruction, crucial for building trust and effectively equipping each child with life-saving water survival skills.
6-8 Week Session
Our ISR sessions span 6-8 weeks, depending on the individual's progression and skill acquisition, ensuring each child masters self-rescue techniques at their own pace for lifelong water safety.
10 Minute Lessons, 5 x per week
Maximize learning efficiency and retention in our swimmers which provides focused training without overwhelming them. Research shows that short, more frequent lessons result in higher retention.
Serving Santa Barbara & Ventura Counties
ISR lessons can be brought right to your community! If you have a pool and are willing to host 6-8 swimmers, we can offer ISR training outside of the Santa Paula area. As a thank you, the host family will enjoy certain benefits, making it a wonderful opportunity to ensure water safety skills for all involved.
